The habits I spend half of my life doing on auto pilot should leave me
feeling good about myself??
I can build habits without just relying on motivation & discipline??
It's healthy for me to question my current habits, where they came from,
& how they serve me now??
I can do all of this even as a neurodivergent human??
& we can do it together.
But I've studied books, read blogs, and tried different ideas
without making the progress I want.
What makes this different?
Who are you to lead a
group like this??
I'm Chelsea Verrette and in 2020 I started listening to that little voice inside that told me I could be more than I thought. As a result I,
🏃🏼Started leaving religion and relationship that had shaped every aspect of my life
🎒Found myself not working in a school for the first time in 16 years
So, I started asking big questions about what I wanted from my life.
As I result, I:
💸Sold or gave away most of what I owned (home, car, sooo many Goodwill donation trips...) 👉🏼and started changing my relationship with money
🙃Walked away from or lost almost all the people in my life who liked Chelsea "the way she was" or "before you changed" 👉🏼and started building relationships intentionally
⚒️Started working with companies all over the world on projects that were new and challenging 👉🏼and started to believe that I could do more than I thought I could
🧠Looked at my mental health and neurodivergent brain as a beautiful part of me instead of something I should be ashamed of 👉🏼and started building my life back in a way that I thrived in
(Geesh. It all sounds so simple when you stick it into bullet points 🙄)
People who have been on this journey with me kept asking,
"How are you doing all that??"
Telling me they wanted to take on something big in their life, asking for me to share my "secret", and I couldn't find a way to put it into an actionable step.
But as I began working with others as a coach, it came up the same way over and over again.
Habits is at the core of everything I have done over the past 2 years.
I know that habits are the "secret" you've been passing over. Why? Because I'm living proof.

Answers to (most of) your questions
When does the cohort meet?
Because the groups are so small, each cohort will decide on a time/day that works best for the group.
Once you apply, I will follow up with you and ultimately create cohorts with people I feel like will best fit together.
What if I can't attend live?
The nature of the group is the ability to be vulnerable & open. We do not record the sessions, but we can fill you in!
Can you guarantee results?
You're an amazing human, but like everything else in life, I can't guarantee you anything. If you do enroll and decide this isn't for you, you have 30 days to ask for a full refund. No weirdness - just ask. I want you to be successful, whatever that looks like for you, with this cohort or not.
How much time am I committing?
We meet once a week for 12 weeks in 60 minute sessions. This is the only "required" time. During the week you can participate in the community, message me directly, or work on assignments as you please.
Will this change my life?
Going for the cliché here - Programs can't change your life, but you can. I'm here to empower you through community, tools, & discussions as you take on big things in your life. Because you're WORTH IT & everything is better in community.
I don't have time/can't afford this right now. Can I participate next time?
The more cohorts go through the program, the more the price increases, so there is definitely value in jumping in to the earlier sessions. But if now is not your time - no need to force it. Fill out the application & stay in touch for the next one!
Next cohort begins week of Mar. 21, 2022
